ORDER:
In the circumstances reported in the reference 1st read above,
permission is hereby accorded to the Commissioner, Information and
Public Relations, Hyderabad, for purchase of a new vehicle (Toyota
Fortuner) Black in colour for the use of Video and Photo coverages in
Hon’ble Chief Minister’s convoy at a cost of Rs. 22.00 lakhs (Rupees
Twenty two lakhs only) as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury
Control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by
obtaining supplementary grants during 2011-12 issued in
G.O.Rt.No.3051, Finance (Exp. GAD.I) Dept. dt. 01.08.2011.(Copy
enclosed)
2. The Commissioner, Information and Public Relations, Hyderabad is
hereby authorized to draw the above amount under the Head of
Account 2220 – 60 – Others - MH 001- SH(01) – Headquarter’s office -
510 – Motor Vehicles (Non-plan) as released in the G.O 2nd read above
and to incur the expenditure .
3. The Commissioner, Information and Public Relations,
Hyderabad, shall take further action as per instructions issued in U.O.
Note No.29875-A/1283/A1/B.G.1/2006,Finance(BG.1)Dept; dated 25-
11-2006.
