HEALTH MEDICAL AND FAMILY WELFARE (B2) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No.122 Dated.27-01-2012 Read the following:- 1) From the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad Letter Rc.No.100721/E6.D/2010, dated 25-03-2011 2) G.O.Ms.No.19 Finance (SMPC.I) Department, dated.21.01.2012 *** O R D E R: In the letter first read above, the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad has informed that as per G.O.Ms.No.19 HM&FW (E2) Department, dated 27- 01-2006, Government have enhanced the clinical subject seats to an extent of 30% as in- service quota and 50% in the non-clinical quota, due to which there is an increase in the selection of in-service candidates, there are only (200) PG Lien posts shown in the central pool, O/o DMHS, Hyderabad to claim the PG lien/salary Medical Officers selected, under various specialties indifferent colleges under in-service quota and submitted proposals to Government for creation of 400 (four hundred) additional PG Lien posts in addition to the existing 100 PG Lien posts under central pool O/o Director of Public Health & Family Welfare in orders to accommodate all the PGs who are drawing their salaries in various Primary Health Centres. 2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, Government have accorded sanction for creation of (400) additional PG Lien posts of Civil Assistant Surgeons under the Central Pool, Office of the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare so as to accommodate all the PGs who are drawing their salaries in various Primary Health Centres. 3. The in-service PG Doctors who are drawing their salaries in various Primary Health Centers and other Government Institutions are to be shifted immediately to Central Pool O/o Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad immediately. 4. Keeping in view of the essentiality of filling up of Civil Assistant Surgeon posts in Primary Health Centres and other Institutions due to shifting of the in-service PG Doctors line from Primary Health Centres to Central Pool, O/o Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, Hyderabad, Government hereby accord permission to the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad to fill up these vacancies on contract basis, at District level as per the procedure.
