Visveswara Rao, IAS,(Retd.) former Chief Secretary to Govt., General Administration Dept., towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for self and his wife’s treatment for “ HTN & DM” as out patient during the period from 8.12.2011 to 29.12.2011 at Care Hospitals, Banjarahills , Hyderabad as found admissible by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, Hyderabad in the reference 4th read above. The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have been submitted by the above retired M.O.S. The amount now sanctioned has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to : 2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH(090) Secretariat- SH(04) General Administration Department –(010)Salaries – (017) Medical Reimbursement. 3. The General Administration (Claims-A) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to the above Officer.
