G.O.Rt.No.4617, G.A.(Elections.D) Dept., Dated:11.10.2011. 2. From the HMWS&SB, Hyderabad bill Dated: 07.03.2012. O R D E R : In the G.O. first read above, orders were issued sanctioning an amount of Rs.759/- towards Water Consumption charges for the months of August and September, 2011 in respect of the Elections Godown situated at A.C.Guards, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board has sent the latest bill for an amount of Rs.5210/- towards Water Consumption Charges for the period of October, 2011 to February, 2012. 3. After careful examination, Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.5210/- (Rupees Five thousand two hundred and ten only) towards the payment of Water Bill in respect of the Election Godown, A.C.Gudards, Hyderabad for the months of October, 2011 to February, 2012 vide Bill CAN No.034400326, dated:07.03.2012. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to “2015- Elections – M.H. 102 – Electoral Officers – S.H.(01) Headquarters Office – 130 – Office Expenses – 133 – Water and Electricity Charges” and shall be met from out of the funds provided in Budget Estimate 2011-2012. 5. The General Administration (Elections.C) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para 3 and credit the amount in favour of “ HMWSSB, A/c.No.144603034400326, Axis Bank, Mumbai. (IFSC Code-UTIBOCCH274 and MICR Code 400211999). 6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders in force.
