GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT Secretariat Buildings – General Administration Department – Electrical Estimate for comprehensive Maintenance and Monthly servicing to various capacities of Split and Window Type AC Units located in various blocks in the premises of Secretariat from 01.04.2011 to 31.03.2012 – Administrative Sanction – Orders – Issued. ================================================ GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (SB.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 1233 dated 17.03.2012 Read:- From the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Buildings Hyderabad, Lr.No.DEE/Elect./Sectt.Bldgs/Hyd/2012, dt.03.02.2012. :: :: :: ORDER: In the references read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Buildings Hyderabad has furnished an electrical estimates for an amount of `.12.75 lakhs (Rupees Twelve lakhs Seventy five thousand only) for the work for comprehensive Maintenance and Monthly servicing to various capacities of Split and Window type AC Units located in various blocks in the premises of Secretariat from 01.04.2011 to 31.03.2012. 2. In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Buildings, Hyderabad in the reference read above and after examination of the matter administrative sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of `.12.75 lakhs (Rupees Twelve lakhs Seventy five thousand only) for the work mentioned at para (1) above in the premises of Secretariat, Hyderabad subject to following due procedure and on the responsibility of Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Buildings, Hyderabad and also subject to production of the work done certificate at the time of issue of L.O.C. 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the head of account “2059 Public works - 01 Office buildings - MH 053 Maintenance and repairs – SH(10) Buildings of General Administration Department - 270 Minor works - 272 Maintenance” 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
