Providing Comprehensive Maintenance of 2 Nos UPS `.99,000.00 systems (10 KVA and 30 KVA) installed for feeding power supply to the Hon’ble Chief Ministers office in 6th Floor of C-Block 2. Providing Comprehensive Maintenance of 2 Nos of `.75,000.00 10 KVA Systems installed in C-Block for feeding power supply to the Chief Secretary to Govt. Total `1,74,000.00 2. In the circumstances reported by the Electrical Engineer (General), Hyderabad in the reference read above and after examination of the matter administrative sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of `.1,74,000.00 (Rupees One lakh Seventy four thousand only) for the work mentioned at para (1) above in the premises of A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad on the responsibility of Electrical Engineer (Genl), R&B, AC Guards, Hyderabad subject to following due procedure and also subject to production of the work done certificate at the time of issue of L.O.C. 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the head of account “2059 Public works - 01 Office buildings - MH 053 Maintenance and repairs – SH(10) Buildings of General Administration Department - 270 Minor works - 272 Maintenance” 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
