Fixing of UPVC Windows at the 6th Floor of C-Block `.48,400.00 in Meeting Hall in the premises of Secretariat, Hyderabad. 2. Fixing of PUVC Windows at the 6th Floor of C-Block `.49,000.00 in Hon’ble Chief Ministers Chamber and Ante Room Total `,97,400.00 2. In the circumstances reported by the Executive Engineer (R&B) East Buildings Division, Hyderabad in the references read above and after examination of the matter administrative sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of `..97,400.00 (Rupees Ninety Seven thousand Four hundred only) for the work mentioned at para (1) above in the premises of Secretariat, Hyderabad on the responsibility of Executive Engineer (R&B) East Buildings Division, Hyderabad subject to following due procedure and also subject to production of work done certificate at the time of issue of L.O.C. 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the head of account “2059 Public works - 01 Office buildings - MH 053 Maintenance and repairs – SH(10) Buildings of General Administration Department - 270 Minor works - 272 Maintenance” 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
