From the Civil Surgeon Specialist Lr.RC.No.408 /CDS/2012 dt.28.2.2012 <<>> O R D E R: In the circumstances represented in the reference 2nd read above and in terms of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of a sum of Rs. 22,885 /- (Rupees twenty two thousand eight handred and eighty five only) to Sri P.A.V.Prasad, Additional Secretary (Retd.), General Administration Department, towards reimbursement of Medical Expenses incurred for his treatment for “Haomodialysis” at Satya Kidney Centre and Super Specialty Hospital, Hyderabad as out patient during the period from 19.11.2011 to 17.12.2011. The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have been submitted by the retired Officer. The amount of Rs. 22,885/- now sanctioned has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to : 2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH(090) Secretariat- SH(04) General Administration Department –(010)Salaries – (017) Medical Re- imbursement”. 3. The General Administration (Claims-A) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to the above retired Officer. The bank account number of the retired officer is 52088426600, State Bank of Hyderabad, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department. 5.
