Lr.RC.No.141/GCDS/Hyd/2012, dated:25.02.2012 from the CivilSurgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, Hyderabad. <<>> O R D E R: In the circumstances represented in the reference 2nd read above and in terms of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of a sum of Rs.3,380/- (Rupees Three thousand three hundred and eighty only) to Sri J.C.Sharma, I.A.S., Principal Secretary to Govt.,(Accom.) General Administration Department towards reimbursement of Medical Expenses incurred for his wife’s treatment for “ENT Problem” as out patient at MAA ENT Institute, Rajbhavan Road, Hyderabad during the period from 22.9.2011 to 22.10.2011. The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have been submitted by the M.O.S. The amount of Rs.3,380/- now sanctioned has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to : 2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH(090) Secretariat- SH(04) General Administration Department –(010)Salaries – (017) Medical Re-imbursement”. 3. The General Administration (Claims-A) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to the above M.O.S. 4.
