No. 367/CDS/2012, , dt.25.02.2012. <<>> O R D E R: In the circumstances represented in the reference 2nd read above and in terms of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of a sum of Rs.1,826/- (Rupees One thousand Eight hundred and twenty six only) Sri Ch.Narayana Swamy, Asst. Secy. to Govt.. General Administration Department, towards reimbursement of Medical Expenses incurred for his treatment for “Diabetes” at Civil Dispensary, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad as out patient during the period from 6.2.2012 to Four Months. The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have been submitted by the Officer. The amount of Rs.1,826/- now sanctioned has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to : 2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH(090) Secretariat- SH(04) General Administration Department –(010)Salaries – (017) Medical Re-imbursement”. 3. The General Administration (Claims-A) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to the above Officer. 4.
