Legislative Assembly, Letter Dt:24-02-2012. & & & ORDER: In the G.O. first read above, orders were issued that an enhanced one time Grant of Rs.1,50,000/- shall be paid to Ministers and equal rank holders towards purchase of items of their choice like Curtains, Crockery and other minor articles. 2. Accordingly, Government hereby sanction an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (One Lakh and Fifty Thousand only) towards payment of one time grant to Sri G.Venkata Ramana Reddy, Government Chief Whip, A.P. Legislative Assembly, as one time grant. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para (2) above shall be debited to “2013 – Council of Ministers – M.H. 800 – Other Expenditure SH(04) – Other Expenditure – 310/312 – Other Grants – in – Aid” in the Financial Year 2011-12. 4. Under Article 99 of the APFC Vol.I, the Assistant Secretary to Government (Claims) Department is authorized to draw the amount sanctioned in para 2 above on AC bill and disturb it to the concerned. 5. The P.S. to Government Chief Whip, A.P. Legislative Assembly, shall submit the bills in respect of purchases made to the General Administration (Poll.D) / General Administration (Claims.C) Department within one month from the date of drawal of amount. 6.
