From Sri V.Ramamurthy, Assistant Secretary. to Govt.,Retired, G.A.D., application dt.5.3.2012 O R D E R: In the circumstances represented in the reference 2nd read above and in terms of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of a sum of Rs.5023/-(Rupees five thousand and twenty three only) to Sri V.Ramamurthy, Assistant Secretary to Government, (retired), General Administration Department towards reimbursement of Medical Expenses incurred for his treatment for “ Coronary Artery Disease” at NIMS, Hyderabad as out patient during the period from 1.7.2011 to 31.12.2011. The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have been submitted by the Retired Officer. The amount now sanctioned has not been drawn and paid earlier. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to : 2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH(090) Secretariat- SH(04) General Administration Department –(010)Salaries – (012) Other Allowances”. 3. The General Administration (Claims-A) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to the above retired Officer.
