In letter 5th read above, the Collector and District Election Officer, Visakhapatnam has requested to release an amount of Rs.1,00,413/- under the sub-head 240 POL to Tahsildar, Narsipatnam to clear the bills of the agencies pertaining to General Elections to House of People and Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly, 2009. 2. After careful examination, Government here by accord sanction for release of Rs.1,00,413/- (Rupees One lakh four hundred and thirteen only) to the Collector & District Election Officer, Visakhapatnam to clear the pending bills pertaining to General Elections to House of People and Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly, 2009. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-2 above shall be debited to “2015 – Elections – MH 103 Preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls – S.H. (04) Assembly and Parliamentary Constituencies – 240 Petrol, Oil and Lubricants” and shall be met from the funds provided in B.E. 2011-12. 4. The Collector & District Election Officer, Visakhapatnam is requested to meet the expenditure for clearing pending bills pertaining to the General Elections to the House of People and Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly, 2009 and to regulate the expenditure to the extent of funds now allotted. The Collector and District Election Officer, Visakhapatnam is requested to ensure that funds are used only for the purposes for which it has been sanctioned, with due attention for consideration of economy and efficiency and shall submit expenditure particulars to Government immediately. 6. The District Treasury Officer, Visakhapatnam is requested to admit the bills in audit to the extent of funds now sanctioned in relaxation of Freezing orders issued vide Memo 4th read above. 7.
