Dated:17.03.2012. Read the following:- 1. From the Secretary to Vigilance Commission Lr.No.32/VC.A2/2012, dated: 24.1.2012. 2. Govt. Memo.No.14/Spl.C/A1/2012-1,dt. 30.01.201 3. From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.278/CDS/2012, Dated 25.02.2012. * * * * * O R D E R:- In the circumstances explained by the Secretary to Vigilance Commission, A.P.Vigilance Commission, in his letter 1st read above and in terms of the AIS(MA) Rules 1954, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of a sum of Rs.6,621/- (Rupees Six thousand six hundred and twenty one only) to Sri B. Ramaiah, I.A.S., Secretary to Vigilance Commission, A.P. Vigilance Commission towards reimbursement of Medical expenses incurred for Fracture I.T., Femur Right side, treatment of his mother as in patient during the period from 23.11.2011 to 13.12.2011 at Omni Hospitals, Kothapet ‘X’ Road, Dilshukhnagar, Hyderabad as found admissible by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad in the reference 3rd read above. The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have been submitted by the Officer. 2. The Secretary to Vigilance Commission, Andhra Pradesh Vigilance Commission, Hyderabad is authorized to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (1) above, to Sri B. Ramaiah, I.A.S., Secretary to Vigilance Commission, A.P. Vigilance Commission, Secretariat, duly debiting the expenditure to the relevant head of account. 3.
