From the Principal Secretary to CM Note.No.91/GEN-EA/2012, Dated:31.01.2012 along with representation from the President, A.P. Secretariat Association, Hyderabad. >><< O R D E R: In the reference 2nd read above, the President, Andhra Pradesh Secretariat Association, Hyderabad has requested the Government to extend the term of the Office Bearers of the Association upto 1 year from 25.01.2012 so as to enable them to complete the tasks given by the members and to complete the existing problems of the Secretariat by way of discussions with the Government. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter and in exercise of the powers vested with it under Rule 5 of A.P. Civil Services (Recognition of Service Associations) Rules, 2001 issued in G.O.1st read above, hereby extend the term of Office of the Office Bearers of Andhra Pradesh Secretariat Association, Hyderabad for a period of 6 (six) months from 25-01-2012 duly relaxing the provisions contained in Rule 3(5) of the aforesaid Rules. 3. The extension ordered in Para-2 above is subject to the condition that the Office Bearers of the Association shall not take any policy decision during the extended period and they are also directed to conduct elections within the extended period.
