From M/s.HY TV, Hyderabad, Invoice No. HYA/11-12-0184, dt: 01-02-2012. *** ORDER: In letter 3rd read above, M/s.HY TV, Hyderabad has been requested to telecast Spots from 22nd January, 2012 to 25th January, 2012 along with main news per 10 Seconds spot during 7 am to 9 am and 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm in connection with National Voters’ Day celebrations. Accordingly, M/s.HY TV, Hyderabad has telecasted Spots from 22nd January to 25th January, 2012 and furnished the bill for an amount of Rs.17,372/- including all taxes and requested for arranging payment. 2. After careful examination, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of Rs.17,372/- (Rupees Seventeen thousand three hundred and seventy two only) to M/s. HY Media and Entertainment Private Limited, Hyderabad towards telecasting Spots through their channel from 22nd January, 2012 to 25th January, 2012 to create awareness among citizens / electors regarding National Voters’ Day celebrations. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections - MH 108 Issue of Photo Identity Cards to Voters – SH (04) Photo Identity Cards to Voters – 260 Advertisements, Sales and Publicity Expenses” and shall be met from the funds provided in B.E 2011-12 and released vide G.O. 1st read above.
