(Expr.GAD-I) Dept., dt:14-03-2012. ***** ORDER:- In the G.Os. 1st & 2nd read above, an amount of Rs.5,91,000/- and Rs.7,14,000/- was released to the District Election Officer & Special Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad towards reimbursement of Salaries and Pension Contribution to the Staff of Election Branch, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad as 1st & 2nd Quarters covering the period from 31-12-2010 (part) to 31-07-2011 (part). 2. The District Election Officer & Special Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad in letter 3rd read above, has send proposal for an amount of Rs.11,44,800/- towards reimbursement of Salaries and Pension contribution to the staff of Election Branch, GHMC, Hyderabad for the period covering from 31-07-2011 (part) to 31-03-2012 and requested to arrange to release the payment. 3. After consideration of the proposal, Government hereby sanction an amount of Rs.11,44,800/- (Rupees Eleven lakhs forty four thousand and eight hundred only) to the District Election Officer & Special Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad towards reimbursement of Salaries and Pension Contribution to the Staff of Election Branch, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad as 3rd & 4th Quarter covering the period from 31-07-2011 (part) to 31-03-2012 (part). 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to “2015- Elections – M.H.102 – Electoral Officers – S.H.(03) – District Offices- 310-Grants- in-aid – 311- Grants-in-Aid towards salaries (Non-Plan) .
