G.O.Ms.No.463, General Administration (Poll.D) Department, Dated:07-12-2001. 2.From Sri G.Prasad Kumar, Hon’ble Minister for Handlooms & Textiles, Spinning Mills, SSI and K&VIB, Government of A.P. Note, Dt:22-02-2012. & & & ORDER: In the G.O. first read above, orders were issued that an enhanced one time Grant of Rs.1,50,000/- shall be paid to Ministers and equal rank holders towards purchase of items of their choice like Curtains, Crockery and other minor articles. 2. Accordingly, Government hereby sanction an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (One Lakh and Fifty Thousand only) towards payment of one time grant to Sri G.Prasad Kumar, Hon’ble Minister for Handlooms & Textiles, Spinning Mills, SSI and K&VIB, Government of A.P. Hyderabad. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para 2 above shall be debited to “2013 – Council of Ministers – M.H. 800 – Other Expenditure SH(04) – Other Expenditure – 310/312 – Other Grants – in – Aid” in the Financial Year 2011-12 . 4. Under Article 99 of the APFC Vol.I, the Assistant Secretary to Government, General Administration (Claims) Department is authorized to draw the amount sanctioned in Para (2) above on AC Bill and disburse it to the concerned. 5. The P.S. to Hon’ble Minister for Handlooms & Textiles, Spinning Mills, SSI and K&VIB, Government of A.P. shall submit the D.C.bills in respect of purchases made to the General Administration (Poll.D)/G.A.(Claims.C) Department within one month from the date of drawal of amount. 6.
