ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.5,277/- (Rupees
Five Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Seven only) to Zoom Motors, Hyderabad
(Authorised Hero Honda Showroom) towards the cost of repairs/replacements
undertaken and provided two tyres and tubes to the Government Vehicle No. AP 9
AY 7957 (Motor Cycle) being used in the general pool of GAD.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of
Account “2052 – Sectt. General Services – MH 090 – Secretariat
– SH (04) General Administration Department – 510 – Maintenance of Office
vehicles.”
3. The Genl. Admn. (Claims C) Department are requested to draw and credit the
amount sanctioned in para 1 above to Zoom Motors, Hyderabad,
A/c.No.03182000011522, HDFC BANK Ltd., Charminar Branch, IFSC
code:HDFC0000318.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per
the rules in vogue.
