From M/s.Big 92.7 FM, Hyderabad, Invoice Nos. 174334-1, 174335-1 & 174336-1, dt: 30-11-2011 respectively. *** ORDER: In the letter 3rd read above, the Big 92.7 FM, Hyderabad Radio Channel has been requested to broadcast 30 Radio Jingles spots through all stations in their channel during prime time in the morning and evening on 26-11-2011, 27-11-2011 & 29-11-2011 to create awareness among citizens / electors regarding Special Summary Revision of Electoral Rolls, 2012. Accordingly, Big 92.7 FM has broadcasted 30 Radio Jingles spots on 26-11-2011, 27-11-2011 & 29-11-2011 and furnished the bills for an amount of Rs.79,416/- of M/s.Reliance Broadcast Network Limited, Mumbai as per the DAVP approved rates including all taxes and requested for arranging payment vide reference 4th read above. 2. After careful examination, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of Rs.79,416/- (Rupees Seventy nine thousand four hundred and sixteen only) to M/s.Reliance Broadcast Network Limited, Mumbai towards broadcasting 30 Radio Jingles spots on 26-11-2011, 27-11-2011 & 29-11-2011 to create awareness among the citizens / electors regarding Special Summary Revision of Electoral Rolls, 2012as detailed below: Sl. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para 2 above and credit in favour of “Reliance Broadcast Network Limited, Mumbai A/c No.00600310023070, HDFC Bank Limited, Fort Branch, Mumbai, Maharashtra IFSC Code No:HDFC0000240, MICR Code No:400240015. 5.
