G.O.Rt.No.3960, G.A. (Elecs.C) Dept., dt: 05-09-2011 2. Memo.No.9535/879/B.G.I/2011, dt: 14-10-2011 from Finance (BG-I) Dept. 3. From DEO, Medak Rc.No. H1/7320/2008, Dt.17.03.2012. 4. From DEO, Medak Lr.No.H1/3094/2011 Dt.17.03.2012. * * * ORDER: . In the letter 3rd read above, the Collector and District Election Officer, Medak has requested to release an amount of Rs.8,40,000/- for payment to M/s Sreeven Infocom Limited, Hyderabad to clear the bill for printing of check list on urgency during the General Elections to APLA/HOP, 2009. 2. In the letter 4th read above, the Collector and District Election Officer, Medak has also stated the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- has been sanctioned to the district for SSR, 2010 & 2011 under M.H.103-130/134 Hiring Private Vehicle instead of allotting the same in 130/132 Other Office Expenses and 210/211 Material & Supplies for which the payment are still pending and requested to release an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- to clear the pending bills. 3. After careful examination, Government here by accord sanction for Rs.18,40,000/- (Rupees Eighteen lakhs forty thousand only) to the Collector & District Election Officer, Medak to clear the pending bills i.e., payment to M/s Sreeven Infocom Limited, Hyderabad and Summary Revision of Photo Electoral, 2010 & 2011 and National Voters Day Celebrations. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-3 above shall be debited to “2015 – Elections – MH 108 Issue of Photo Identity Cards to Voters – S.H. (04) Photo Identity Cards to Voters – 210 Supplies and Material / 211 Material and Supplies” and shall be met from the funds provided in B.E. 2011-12. 5. The Collector & District Election Officer, Medak is requested to incur the expenditure for clearing pending bills pertaining to M/s Sreeven Infocom Limited, Hyderabad and Summary Revision of Photo Electoral, 2010 & 2011 and to regulate the expenditure to the extent of funds now allotted. The Collector and District Election Officer, Medak is requested to ensure that funds are used only for the purposes for which it has been sanctioned, with due attention for consideration of economy and efficiency and shall submit expenditure particulars to Government immediately. 7. The District Treasury Officer, Medak at Sangareddy is requested to admit the bills in audit to the extent of funds now sanctioned in relaxation of Freezing orders issued vide Memo 2nd read above. 8. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
