ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Information and
Public Relations, Hyderabad in his letter read above, Government hereby ratify the
action of the Commissioner, Information and Public Relations in placing Sri
Seetharam, Senior Assistant, O/o District Public Relations Officer, Mahaboobnagar
in full additional charge of the post of Assistant Public Relations Officer,
Mahaboobnagar from 01-10-2010 FN to 31-03-2011 AN.
2. Government also accorded sanction under FR 49 for payment of additional
pay to Sri Seetharam, Senior Assistant, O/o. District Public Relations Officer,
Mahaboobnagar from 01-01-2011 FN to 31-03-2011 AN @ 1/10th of his substantive
pay or 1/4th of the minimum pay attached to the additional post held whichever is
less for having held full additional charge of the post of Assistant Public Relations
Officer, O/o. District Public Relations Officer, Mahaboobnagar during the above
period.
3. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department.
