Anand, I.P.S., Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic, City Police, Hyderabad, to attend the Traffic Enforcement Meeting to be held at Geneva, Switzerland, from 20th to 22nd March, 2012. 2. The period of absence of the above Member of Service in connection with the above visit including journey time, both ways, shall be treated as on duty, during which the Officer will draw his grade pay and allowances which he would have drawn but for his visit to Geneva, Switzerland. The above Member of Service is requested to follow the instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No.124, Finance & Planning, dated 31-08-2000 read with Circular Memo No.528/04/TA/2012, dated 09-02-2012 for drawal of Traveling Allowance and Dearness Allowance. 3. The above Member of Service permitted, shall submit a report of his visit to Government. 4. The expenditure viz., Cost of travel, visa, accommodation in Geneva will be met by Global Road Safety Partnership (GRSP), RS-10, W.H.O. Headquarters, Geneva, Switzerland. 5. The Director General of Police, shall make necessary arrangements for the post held by the above Officer during his above visit to Geneva, Switzerland. 6.
