Note received from the Chairman, High Power Committee on Remote & Interior Area Development Programme, dt. 28.7.2011 & 3.8.2011. *** ORDER: In the G.O. first read above, the term of the Chairman, High Power Committee on RIAD Programme, was fixed and extended the second term till 27.11.2011. 2. The Chairman, High Power Committee on RIAD Programme, in his note second read above, has requested for issue of necessary orders to utilise the services of Sri P. Appa Rao, Section Officer (Retd.) as Private Secretary to the Chairman on contract basis for a period of one year w.e.f. 1.8.2011 or co-terminus with the term of the Chairman, whichever is earlier. 3. The General Administration (RIAD) Department have stated that the incumbent attended to duties as PS to the Chairman from 1.8.2011 to till expiry of the term of the chairman i.e., 27.11.2011 in the sanctioned post of Private Secretary to the Chairman. 4. Government, after careful consideration, hereby, accord post facto approval for having utilised the services of Sri P. Appa Rao, Section Officer (Retd.), as Private Secretary to the Chairman, High Power Committee on RIAD Programme, on contract basis for the period from 1.8.2011 to 27.11.2011 by the Chairman of the High Powered Committee. 5. The General Administration (Claims .C/RIAD) Department shall take necessary action accordingly. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (PSC) Department vide their U.O.No. 50/PSC/2012, dt. 24.2.2012.
