G.O.Rt.No.1171, G.A.(Poll.D) Dept., dt.15.03.2012. --: o :-- ORDER: As per the State Warrant of Precedence notified in the G.O. 1st read above, the Government Chief Whips and the Government Whips were assigned rank under Article 18 and 19 respectively. 2) In the G.O. 3rd read above, Smt. Bharathi Dhiravat, Government Chief Whip, Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council and Sri Gandra Venkata Ramana Reddy, Government Chief Whip, Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly were conferred the status of Cabinet Minister of Andhra Pradesh and they will rank under Article 15 of State Warrant of Precedence. Simiarly, Sri Y.Sivarami Reddy, Sri Rudraraju Padma Raju, Government Whips in A.P.Legislative Council and Sri Arepally Mohan, Sri Dronamraju Srinivasa Rao, Sri Perni Venkatramaiah (Nani), Sri Turupu Jayaprakash Reddy, Sri Eravathri Anil Kumar, Government Whips in A.P.Legislative Assembly, were conferred the status of Minister of State of Andhra Pradesh and they will rank under Article 18 of the State Warrant of Precedence. These positions are personal to the dignitaries concerned for the duration of the term of their office. 3) Pursuant to the orders issued in the G.O. 3rd read above, all the Departments of Secretariat, Heads of Departments, District Collectors and Commissioners of Police / Superintendents of Police are hereby directed to extend proper courtesies, reception, accommodation, transportation and security etc., to the Government Chief Whips and Government Whips in A.P.Legislative Council and A.P. Legislative Assembly during their visits to the Districts, on par with the Cabinet Minister and Minister of State of Andhra Pradesh respectively for the duration of the term of their office. 4) The Resident Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Bhavan, New Delhi, is directed to extend proper courtesies, reception, accommodation, transportation and security to the above dignitaries during their visits to New Delhi, on par with the Cabinet Minister and Minister of State of Andhra Pradesh respectively. 5) The orders issued shall be followed scrupulously without room for complaints.
