G.O.Rt.No.5399,G.A(GPM&AR)Department,dt.3.12.2011. 2. From the Secretary, APIC, Hyderabad, Lr.No.5661 / APIC / B / 2008, dt.30.02.2012. ORDER:- In the G.O.first read above, orders were issued extending the Contract appointment of Sri A.vijaya Prakash as Section Officer in A.P.Information Commission for a further period of one year w.e.f 18-2-2011 to 17-2-2012 and the contract appointment of the above officer as Section Officer expired by 17.02.2012. 2. The Secretary, A.P.Information Commission has requested to issue necessary orders extending the appointment of Sri A.Vijaya Prakash, Retd. Tahsildar as Section Officer for a further period of (1) year w.e.f 18-2-2012 as the work load in the commission is increasing day by day and the preparation of Annual Report for the year 2011 is under process. 3. The Government after careful examination hereby extend the contract appointment of Sri A.vijaya Prakash as Section Officer in A.P.Information Commission for a further period of one year w.e.f 18-2-2012 to 17-2-2013, subject to no further extension to the individual. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC) Department vide their U.O.No.4070 / 84 / A1 / SMPC.II / 12, dt.2.03.2012.
