Read the following:- 1. G.O.Ms.No:74 HM&FW(K1) Department,dt. 15.03.2005. 2. From Sri Eshwar, Jamedar (Retd.,), GAD, repn., dt.05-12-2011. 3. Govt.Memo.No.7982/OP-V/2012-1, G.A.(OP-V)Deptt., dated:07.03.2012. 4. From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Sectt., Hyd., Lr.No.583/CDS/12, Dt:13-03-2012. <<>> O R D E R: In the circumstances represented in the reference 2nd read above and in terms of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of a sum of Rs.6,853/- (Rupees six thousand eight hundred and fifty three only) to Sri Eshwar, Jamedar (Retd.,), General Administration Department, towards reimbursement of Medical Expenses incurred for self and his wife for “DM & H TN” as out patient during the period for from 01-01-2012 to 01-03- 2012 at Govt. Civil Dispensary, Secretariat, Hyderabad in terms of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above as found admissible by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, Secretariat, Hyderabad in the reference 4th read above. The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have been submitted by the individual. The amount now sanctioned has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to: “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH (090) Secretariat- SH(04) General Administration Department –(010) Salaries – (017) Medical Re-imbursement”. 3. The General Administration (Claims-E) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to the individual. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in vogue. 5. This order is available on Internet and can be accessed at address http://www.ap.gov.in/goir”.
