Komaraiah, Jamedar (Retd.,), GAD, dt:16.03.2012. <<>> O R D E R: In the circumstances represented in the reference 5th read above and in terms of the orders issued in the reference 4th read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of a sum of Rs.3,031/- (Rupees three thousand and thirty one only) to Sri M. Komaraiah, Jamedar (Retd.), General Administration Department, towards reimbursement of Medical Expenses incurred for self for “Coronary Artery Disease old Anterior Wall MI: CAG: Two Vessel disease” treatment as out patient during the period from 04-01-2012 to 10-03-2012 at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad. The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have been submitted by the individual. The amount now sanctioned has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. As per para 2 (f) in the G.O. 4th read above the procedure of insisting on scrutiny certificate separately where treatment is obtained in NIMS/SVIMS is not required. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to: “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH (090) Secretariat – SH (04) General Administration Department – (010) Salaries – (017) Medical Re-imbursement”. 3. The General Administration (Claims-E) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to the individual. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in vogue. 5. This order is available on Internet and can be accessed at address http://www.ap.gov.in/goir”.
