In the circumstances reported by Sri A.K. Jain, IFS(83), Special
Secretary to Government, Irrigation & Command Area Development
Department in his letter read above and under A.I.S (Leave) Rules, 1955,
the Member of Service is sanctioned, Earned Leave for (04) days from
24.2.2012 to 27.2.2012, duly converting the availed C.Ls. for (3) days
on 24.2.2012, 25.2.2012 and 27.2.2012, and one public holiday on
26.2.2012, subject to eligibility.
2. Under F.R.26(b)(ii), it is hereby certified that Dr. A.K. Jain, IFS(83),
would have continued in the Above Super Time Scale of I.F.S., but for his
going on leave.
