From the Billing Manager, Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, date:16.03.2011. 4. From the Medical Superintendent, the District Hospital King Koti, Hyderabad, in his letter Lr.Rc.No.179/E1/DHKK/2012, Dt:13-02-2012. & & & ORDER: In the letter 3rd read above, the Billing Manager, Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital, Somajiguda, Hyderabad while furnishing medical bills for an amount of Rs.27,547/- towards the services rendered by Smt. Sucharitha Reddy, W/o Sri Ramreddy Venkat Reddy, Hon’ble Minister for Horticulture, Sericulture, RSAD, Govt. of A.P for Surgery of ECHO,C-ARM, CLINICAL BIOCHEMISTRY & SURGERY from 28.02.2011 to 01.03.2011 at Yashoda Hospital, Hyderabad, has requested to reimburse the medical expenditure. 2. In the letter 4th read above, the Medical Superintendent, the District Hospital King Koti, Hyderabad, to whom the bills were sent for scrutiny, has stated that after scrutiny of the bills an amount of Rs.27,547/- (Rupees Twenty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Forty Seven only) is found admissible against the claim of Rs.27,547/-. 3. Sanction is, therefore, accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.27,547/- (Rupees Twenty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Forty Seven only) to Sri Ramreddy Venkat Reddy, Hon’ble Minister for Horticulture, Sericulture, RSAD, Govt. of A.P. Hyderabad towards the treatment of his wife for ECHO,C-ARM, CLINICAL BIOCHEMISTRY & SURGERY from 28.02.2011 to 01.03.2011 at Yashoda Hospital, Hyderabad. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para three above shall be debited to “M.H.2013 – Council of Ministers – 101 – Salary of Ministers and Deputy Ministers – (04) – Salary of Ministers and Deputy Ministers – 010 – Salaries – 016 – Medical Reimbursement / Advances”. 5. The Agriculture Department is requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para 3 above and disburse the same to Managing Director, Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, by way of Cheque. 6.
