Plant, in the premises of A.P.Secretariat and requested to accord administrative sanction. 2. In the circumstances reported by the Electrical Engineer (Gl), (R&B), Hyderabad in the reference read above and after careful examination of the matter, administrative sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of `.1,86,000/-(Rupees One lakh eighty six thousand only) for providing Fire Extinguishers in Sub-Stations “A & J” Blocks and D-Block A.C. Plant, in the premises of A.P.Secretariat, on the responsibility of the Electrical Engineer (Gl.) (R&B), Hyderabad, subject to following due procedure and also subject to production of work done certificate at the time of issue of LOC. 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the head of account “2059 Public works - 01 Office buildings – MH 053 Maintenance and repairs – SH (10) Buildings of Genl.Admn.Dept. – 270 Minor works – 272 Maintenance”. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance & Planning (FW) Dept., in terms of circular Memo.No.7088/049/A/BG/2000-1, dated 25.10.2002.
