(SC.X) Deptt., Dated 11.7.2008. 3. From Dr. A. Ashok, I.A.S., Collector & District Magistrate, Adilabad Letter Rc.No. A3/8/2012, Dt. 04.01.2012. 4. Memo No. 29/SC.X/A1/2012-1, Dtd.25-01-2012 5. From the DME, A.P.,,Hyd L.Dis.No.6602(1)/MA-E/2012, Dtd. 05.03.2012. *** ORDER: Dr. A. Ashok, I.A.S., Collector & District Magistrate, Adilabad has furnished medical bills for an amount of Rs. 51,184/-, towards treatment obtained for his wife for “Cataract surgery” as in-patient at Vasan eye care hospital, Himayathnagar, Hyderabad on 22.12.2011 and requested in the reference 3rd cited, for reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him. 2. The Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad has scrutinized the medical bills and reported in the reference 5th cited that the net admissible amount is Rs. 14,000/-, for sanction. 3. Accordingly, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.14,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Thousands only) to Dr. A. Ashok, I.A.S., towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him for the treatment obtained for his wife for “Cataract Surgery”, as in- patient, on 22.12.2011, at Vasan eye care hospital, Himayathnagar, Hyderabad, under the All India Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1954 and as per the orders issued in the G.O.’s 1st & 2nd read above. 4. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, O/o the Collector & District Magistrate, Adilabad is authorized to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para three above to Dr. A. Ashok, I.A.S., duly debiting the expenditure to the head of account from which the pay and allowances of the Member of Service are drawn. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per orders on the subject.
