ORDER:
Under Rule 47 (3) of A.P.T.A. Rules, 1996, post-facto permission is hereby
accorded to Smt. Chandana Khan, IAS (AP:79), Principal Secretary to Government
(Tourism) (I/c), YAT&C Department to attend the Board Meeting of IHHR Hospitality
(Andhra) Pvt. Ltd. on 20th March, 2012 and permission to attend the meeting convened
by the Minister for Tourism, Government of India on 22nd March, 2012 to discuss the
action plan for development of Visakhapatnam as a Tourism Destination, at New Delhi.
2. The period of absence of the Member of Service in connection with the above
tour including the journey time both ways shall be treated as “on duty”.
3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
