(DPC.I) Department, Dt.5.1.2012. *** ORDER: In the G.O. 1st read above, (5) Departmental Promotional Committees / Screening Committees were reconstituted for 3rd Level Gazetted and above Posts in the State and the term of the said Committees was stipulated upto 31-12-2013 or their reconstitution whichever is later. 2. In partial modification of orders issued in the G.O. read above, Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby nominate (i) Smt. Minnie Mathew, IAS, CCLA & Special Chief Secretary in place Sri J. Satyanarayana, I.A.S., and (ii) Sri G. Sudhir, IAS, Spl. Chief Secretary to Govt., HM & FW Department in place of Smt. Minnie Mathew, IAS, the then Spl. Chief Secretary to Govt., (Coord., GPM &AR), GAD as Chairman for the Screening Committees / Departmental Promotion Committees and Smt. Minnie Mathew, IAS, CCLA & Special Chief Secretary shall continue as Member in the Departmental Promotion Committee under the Chairmanship of the Chief Secretary to Government. 3.
