Read the following:- 1.G.O.Rt.No.6873, General Administration (Poll.D) Department, Dated:08-11-2007. 2. From Sri Anil Kumar Eravathri, Government Whip, A.P. Legislative Assembly, Letter, Dated:17-03-2012. & & & ORDER: In terms of the revised orders issued in the G.O. first read above, Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.50,000/- (i.e. Rs.25,000/- as Grant and Rs.25,000/- as Loan) to Sri Anil Kumar Eravathri, Government Whip, A.P. Legislative Assembly towards purchase of Laptop Computer. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above towards Loan/Grant shall be debited to the following Heads of Account:- Loan: “7610 – Loans to Government Servants, MH-204 – Advances for purchase of Personal Computers. SH(13)–Advances to Ministers for purchase of Personal Computers”. Grant: “2013 – Council of Ministers MH 800-Other Expenditure S.H.(04)- Other Expenditure 310/312-Other Grants-in-Aid”. 3. The expenditure shall be met from provision in the current year budget under the Loan/Grant Head of account indicated in Para 2 above. 4. The Grant and Loan sanctioned above is subject to the following terms and conditions: i) The loan of Rs.25,000/- sanctioned in para 1 above shall be Recovered in 10 monthly installments @ Rs.2,500/- per month. ii) The Computer shall be purchased from A.P. Technology Services Limited. iii) The Loan will carry an interest of 8.5% per annum and shall be Recovered in one lump sum after the principal amount is repaid. iv) The amount shall be utilized within one month from the date of sanction. v) The bills in respect of purchases made shall be submitted to the Secretary to State Legislature, Legislature (M.C) Secretariat, A.P. Legislative Assembly,. P.T.O.// 2 // 5. The Secretary to State Legislature, Legislature (M.C) Secretariat, A.P. Legislative Assembly and Drawing and Disbursing Officer of Legislature is authorized to draw the amounts and disburse to the Whip concerned and send the recovery particulars to the General Administration (Poll.D) Department. 6.
