ORDER:
Under Supplementary Rule 54 of F.R.S.R. read with the orders issued in Office
Memorandum F.No:19030/3/2008-E.IV, Government of India, Ministry of Finance,
Department of Expenditure, New Delhi, Dt:23rd September, 2008, permission is hereby
accorded to Sri S.P.Singh, IAS, Principal Secretary to Government (R&B), TR&B
Department to attend the Infrastructure workshop on ‘Role of Multilaterals in addressing
Infrastructure Development Challenges in India and Tripartite Portfolio Review of select
Infrastructure Projects on 04-4-2012 at Chennai.
2. The period of absence of the Member of Service in connection with the above
visit including the journey time both ways shall be treated as “on duty”.
3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
