O R D E R :
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.110/- (Rupees One
hundred and ten only) to M/s. Raghavendra, News paper Service, Hyderabad, towards
the cost of Magazines and daily News papers for the official use of Principal Secretary to
Government (Agri.), Agriculture and Cooperation Department, for the month of January,
2012 .
2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to “3451 – Secretariat
Economic Services –090- Secretariat – 18 - Agriculture and Cooperation Department –
130- Office Expenses –132- Other Office Expenses”.
3 The Agriculture and Cooperation (OP.II/Claims) Department are requested to draw
a cheque for an amount of Rs.110/- in favour of M/s. Raghavendra, News Paper Service,
Account No.30041210000271, IFSC Code: SYNB0003004, MICR Code: 500025011,
Syndicate Bank, Bahadurpura Branch, Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (FW) Department as per
the orders in force.
