From M/s Livewires Advertising Pvt., Ltd., Hyderabad Invoice No.Prod-326, dt:19-03-2012. *** ORDER: In letter 4th read above, work order has been issued to M/s Livewires Advertising Private Limited, Hyderabad to print and supply 1025 Nos. of Flexi Banners as quoted in the reference 1st read above. Accordingly, the agency has printed and supplied 1025 Nos. of Flexi Banners to the Returning Officers of Bye-elections in 07-Adilabad, 16-Kamareddy, 74-Mahabubnagar, 81- Nagarkurnool, 85-Kollapur, 99-Ghanpur (Station) (SC), 235-Kovur Legislative Assembly Constituencies in Adilabad, Nizamabad, Mahabubnagar, Warangal and Nellore Districts and furnished the invoice for an amount of Rs. 5,76,593/- including Service Tax and requested for arranging payment in the reference 6th read above. 2. After careful examination, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of an amount of Rs.5,76,593/- (Rupees Five lakhs seventy six thousand five hundred and ninety three only) to M/s Livewires Advertising Private Limited, Hyderabad towards the cost of printing and supply of 1025 Nos. of Flexi Banners to the Returning Officers of Bye-elections in 07-Adilabad, 16-Kamareddy, 74-Mahabubnagar, 81-Nagarkurnool, 85-Kollapur, 99-Ghanpur (Station) (SC), 235-Kovur Legislative Assembly Constituencies in Adilabad, Nizamabad, Mahabubnagar, Warangal and Nellore Districts held on 18-03-2012. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections - MH 106 Charges for conduct of Elections to State Legislature – SH (04) Legislative Assembly – 130 Office Expenses / 132 Other Office Expenses” and shall be met from out of the additional funds provided vide G.O. 3rd read above.
