Elections – Payment of Rs.2,98,160/- to M/s Maxxstech Systems & Services, Hyderabad towards
supply of recording system with 2 TB External HDD, P.C.1 TB HDD with 2.8 GZH Processor 2 GB Ram
of H.P. Make RCA/BNC Molded cables, Channel Distributers set etc., for recording 14 TV channels from
03-03-2012 to 21-03-2012 with 32 HD TV to General Administration (Elections) Department for using in
bye-elections to 7 Assembly Constituencies – Sanctioned – Orders – Issued.

ORDER:
In the reference 5th read above, an amount of Rs.3,04,000/- has been sanctioned to M/s
Maxxtech Systems & Services, Hyderabad as 50% cost in advance out of total cost of Rs.6,02,160/-
towards the TV channel recording system 16 CH MTSS 1616 for 16 channel and Demodulators US make
in connection of bye-elections to 7 Assembly Constituencies held on 18.03.2012 in 5 Districts.
2. In the reference 7th read above, M/s Maxtech Systems & Services, Hyderabad has sent invoice
for an amount of Rs.2,98,160/- as per the terms and conditions specified in the work order vide reference
4th read above, towards infrastructure charges for 2. TB External HDD, P.C 1 TB HDD with 2.8 GHZ
Processer , 2 GB Ram of HP make, Channel distributers set, 32” TV with HDMI/VGA SONY model etc.,
for use in General Administration (Elections) Department in connection with bye-elections to 7 Assembly
Constituencies in 5 Districts held on 18.03.2012 and requested for arranging payment.
3. After careful examination, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of Rs.2,98,160/-
(Rupees Two lakhs ninety eight thousand one hundred and sixty only) to M/s Maxxtech Systems &
Services, Hyderabad towards the cost of 2. TB External HDD, P.C 1 TB HDD with 2.8 GHZ Processer, 2
GB Ram of HP make, Channel distributers set, 32” TV with HDMI/VGA SONY model etc., for recording
with Channel recording system to General Administration (Elections) Department in connection with bye-
elections.
4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections - MH 106
Charges for conduct of Elections to State Legislature – SH (04) Legislative Assembly – 210
Supplies and Materials / 211 Materials and Supplies” and shall be met from the funds provided vide
G.O. 2nd read above.

5. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned
in para 3 above and credit in favour of “M/s Maxxtech Systems & Services, Hyderabad”
A/c.No.79004097069, Deccan Grameena Bank, Ramnagar Branch, Hyderabad IFSC code No:
SBHYORRDCGB and MICR No. 500811040.
6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
