G.O.Rt.No.813, G.A (Elecs.C) Dept., dt.23.02.2012 *** O R D E R In accordance with the orders issued in the G.Os 1st & 3rd read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) being 1 month remuneration for the period from 21.02.2012 to 20.03.2012 at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per month to Sri G. Shekar, Junior Data Base Administrator for utilizing his services in General Administration (Elecs) Department. 2) The expenditure sanctioned in Para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “MH-2015 Elections – MH-103 Preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls – SH(04) Assembly and Parliamentary Constituencies – 280 Professional Services /284 Other Payments” and shall be met from out of the Budget released vide U.O.Note 2nd cited. 3) The General Administration (Claims.C) Department is requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para-1 above, and credit in favor of Sri G. Shekar, Bank A/c No.62034032920, State Bank of Hyderabad, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad (IFSC Code : SBH0020077 ). 4) This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders in force.
