(SCS:1984), voluntarily retired from service on 21-12-2011 A.N., towards the subscription made under the Andhra Pradesh State Employees Family Benefit Fund including Government’s contribution of Rs.880/- + Rs.272/- = Rs.1,152/- and interest accrued thereon till 21-12-2011 as detailed below:- 1 Subscription towards Andhra Pradesh State Employees Family Benefit Fund with effect from 1-7-1977 to 31-10-1984 (7 years Rs. 880.00 and 4 months i.e., 88 months) 2 Government contribution Rs. 272.00 3 Interest on the above amounts from 1-11-1984 to 21-12-2011 Rs.15,691.00 Total Rs.16,843.00 The interest calculation statement is appended to this order. 2. Out of the amount of Rs.16,843/- sanctioned in para (1) above, an amount of Rs.880/- (Rupees Eight hundred and eighty only) being the subscription towards Andhra Pradesh State Employees Family Benefit Fund Scheme shall be debited to the Head of Account “MH.8011- Insurance and Pension Funds - MH.106-Other Insurance and Pension Funds -SH (01)-Andhra Pradesh State Employees Family Benefit Fund - 001-Payment at the time of retirement” and the amount of Rs.15,691/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand six hundred and ninety one only) being the interest accrued on subscription and the amount of Rs.272/- (Rupees Two hundred and seventy two only) being Government contribution shall be debited to the Head of Account “MH.8011- Insurance and Pension Funds - 106-Other Insurance and Pension Funds - 01- Andhra Pradesh State Employees Family Benefit Fund - 030-Interest from the Government.” (P.T.O.)-2- 3.
