Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.1,02,123/-
(Rupees One lakh two thousand one hundred and twenty three only)
towards remuneration of 7 (Seven) Data Entry Operators and One Driver
engaged through M/s.Jyothi Computer Services in General Administration
(Elections) Department for the period from 21.02.2012 to 20.03.2012 as per
references 4th, 6th & 8th read above.
2) The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account “MH – 2015
Elections - MH 103 – Preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls – SH (04)
Assembly and Parliamentary Constituencies – 280 Professional Services –
284 – Other Payments” and shall be met from out of the Budget allotted vide
U.O. Note 5th read above.
3) The General Administration (Claims.C) Department is requested to draw
and credit the amount sanctioned in para-1 above, in favour of “M/s.Jyothi
Computer Services, Hyderabad” A/c No.911030062648747, Axis Bank Ltd,
Tarnaka, Hyderabad, IFSC Code: UTIB0000027, MICR Code - 500211003.
4) This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (EXP.GAD)
Department as per the orders in force.
