(Expr.GAD.I) Deptt., Dt.19.3.2012. ****** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, the Secretary, A.P.State Human Rights Commission has requested the Government for provision of additional budget of Rs.7.50 lakhs (Rupees Seven Lakhs and fifty thousand only) towards the purchase of Generator and installation of cable at the Commission’s Office. 2. In the circumstances explained by the Secretary, AP. State Human Rights Commission, administrative sanction for an additional amount of Rs.7.50 lakhs (Rupees Seven Lakhs and fifty thousand only) under Non-Plan is hereby accorded towards purchase of Generator and installation of cable in A.P. State Human Rights Commission in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation Orders and Treasury Control Orders pending provision of funds by way of Supplementary Grants during the Financial Year 2011-12. 3. The above expenditure shall be met from the Budget Release Orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above and shall be debited to “ MH 2014 – Administration of Justice -MH 800-Other Expenditure SH (15) A.P.S.H.R.C - 130/132- Other Office Expenses”. 4. The Secretary, A.P.State Human Rights Commission, Hyderabad shall take necessary action and submit necessary proposals for supplementary Grant to Finance Department at an appropriate time during the Financial year 2011-12. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.4926/114/Expr.GAD.I/12, dated 19.3.2012.
