1. G.O. Ms No. 449 GA (OP.VII) Deptt.,dt 4-09-06.
2. News paper bill submitted by the P.A. to Spl. Secy.
to Govt .(Agri), dt: 01-02-2012.

O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.480/- (Rupees Four
hundred and eighty only) to Sri M/s.Raghavendra, News paper Service, Hyderabad towards
cost of Magazines and daily News Papers for the official use of Special Secretary to
Govt.(Agri.) at Office of Agriculture and Cooperation Department for the month of January,
2012.
2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to “3451 – Secretariat
Economic Services –090- Secretariat – 18 – Agriculture and Cooperation Department – 130-
Office Expenses –132- Other Office Expenses”.
3 The Agriculture and Cooperation (OP.II) Department are requested to draw a Cheque
for an amount of Rs. 480/- in favour of M/s. Raghavendra, News Paper Service, Account
No.30041210000271, IFSC Code: SYNB0003004, MICR Code: 500025011, Syndicate Bank,
Bahadurpura Branch, Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (FW) Department as per the
orders in force.
