3. Note from P.S. to Principal Secy. to Govt. (Agri.), dt.04.02.2012.

O R D E R :
Sanction is hereby accorded for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.430/- (Rupees
Four hundred and thirty only) to Sri V. Nagi Reddy, IAS., Prl.Secy to Govt., Agriculture and
Cooperation Department, towards cost of Magazines and daily News papers for the official
use of the Principal Secretary to Government (Agri.) at the residence for the month of
January, 2012.
2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to “3451 – Secretariat
Economic Services –090- Secretariat –018- Agriculture and Cooperation Department –130-
Office Expenses –132- Other Office Expenses”.
3 The Agriculture and Cooperation (OP.II/Claims) Department are requested to draw a
cheque for an amount of Rs.430/- in favour of Sri V. Nagi Reddy, IAS., Prl.Secy to Govt.,
Agriculture and Cooperation Department.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (FW) Department as per the
orders in force.
