Read the following: 1.Govt. Memo.No.252/Spl.B/A2/2012-1, dated:20.3.2012 of General Administration (Spl.B) Department. 2.From Dr.Vijay Kumar, IAS (RR:1988), Secretary to Government, MA& UD Department, Note dated:22.3.2012. ** O R D E R: In the circumstances reported by the Secretary to Government, MA & UD Department in the reference 2nd read above and after careful examination of the matter, Government under Rule 47(3) of A.P.T.A. Rules, 1996, hereby accord post-facto permission to Dr.Vijay Kumar, IAS (RR:1988), Secretary to Government, MA&UD Department to attend the 107th meeting of the Central Sanctioning and Monitoring Committee (CSMC) under Urban Infrastructure and Governance (UIG) on 23rd March, 2012 at New Delhi. 2. The period of absence of the Member of Service in connection with the above visit including the journey time both ways shall be treated as “on duty”. 3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
