In the circumstances reported by Sri Sunil Kumar Gupta, IFS,
Member Environment, HMDA, Hyderabad, in his letter read above and
under A.I.S (Leave) Rules, 1955, the Member of Service is sanctioned,
Half Pay leave for (12) days commuted to full pay for (6) days, from
11.1.2012 to 13.1.2012 and from 5.3.2012 to 7.3.2012, duly converting
the availed C.Ls. for (06) days during the period from 11.1.2012 to
13.1.2012 and from 5.3.2012 to 7.3.2012, subject to eligibility.
2. Under F.R.26 (b)(ii), it is hereby certified that Sri Sunil Kumar
Gupta, IFS (1987), Member Environment, HMDA, Hyderabad, would have
continued in the Super Time Scale of I.F.S., but for his going on leave.
