Dept. from her G.P.F.Account No.GA/58637 – Sanction – Orders –Issued. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- AGRICULTURE AND COOPERATION (O.P.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 139 Dated:8-2-2012 Read: From Smt A.Madhavi, Assistant Section Officer, Agriculture and Cooperation Department appln.Dt.25-1-2012 OoO Under Rule 14(1)(a)and (1)(a)(c) of General Provident Fund Rules, Smt A.Madhavi, Assistant Section Officer, Agriculture and Cooperation Department, is sanctioned an amount of Rs.1,28,000/-( Rupees one lakh twenty eight thousand only) towards temporary advance from her GPF Account No.GA/58637 to meet the medical expenditure towards herself. 2. The General Provident Fund advance sanctioned at para-1 above shall be recovered along with the outstanding amount of Rs.1,56,400/- (i.e. Rs.1,56,400 + Rs.1,28,000/- = Rs.2,84,400) in 36 equal monthly installments @ Rs.7,900/- per month. The recovery shall be commenced from the month of February, 2012, payable in 1st March,2012. 3. The Agriculture & Cooperation (Claims) Department is requested to draw and disburse the amount to the individual towards G.P.F. part-final withdrawal. 4.
