Medical bills received from Sri G.V.Rama Rao, S.O(Retd.), Genl.Admn.Dept., dated 24.03.2012. <<>> O R D E R: In the circumstances represented in the reference 3rd read above and in terms of the orders issued in the references 1st and 2nd read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of a sum of ` 13,681/-(Rupees thirteen thousand six hundred and eighty one only) to Sri G.V.Rama Rao, Section officer(Retd.), General Administration Department towards medical expenses incurred for his treatment for “Type 2 DN, HTN, CKD” as outpatient during the period from 14.12.2011 to 06.03.2012 at Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences, Panjagutta, Hyderabad. The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have been furnished by the individual. The amount now sanctioned has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to : 2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH(090) Secretariat- SH(04) General Administration Department –(010)Salaries – (017) Medical Re-imbursement”. 3. The General Administration (Claims-A) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to his A/c.
