ORDER:
In the reference 5th read above, an amount of Rs.85,00,000/- has been
released to the Collector & District Election Officer, Warangal to meet the
expenditure for conduct of Bye-elections to 99-Ghanpur (Station) (SC) Legislative
Assembly Constituency held on 18-03-2012.
2. In the letter 6th read above, the Collector & District Election Officer,
Warangal has requested to release an additional amount of Rs.10.00 lakhs under
130/134 and Rs.3.00 lakhs under 240 POL to meet the expenditure for conduct of
the Bye-elections to 99-Ghanpur (Station) (SC) Legislative Assembly
Constituency held on 18-03-2012.
3. In pursuance of the orders issued in G.Os. 2nd & 4th read above, sanction
is hereby accorded for release of an amount of Rs. 11,50,000-00 (Rupees Eleven
lakh fifty thousand only) to the Collector & District Election Officer, Warangal to
meet the Hire Charges of APSRTC buses and other vehicles hired and POL to the
Government Vehicles which are being used in connection with Bye-elections to
the 99-Ghanpur (Station) (SC) Assembly Constituency held on 18-03-2012.
4. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-3 above, an amount of Rs.1,50,000/-
shall be debited to “2015 Elections – M.H. 106 Charges for conduct of
Elections to State Legislature- S.H. (04) Legislative Assembly – 240 Petrol,
Oil and Lubricants” and an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- shall be debited to “2015
Elections – M.H. 103
Preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls - S.H. (04) Assembly and
Parliamentary Constituencies – 130 Office Expenses / 134 Hiring of Private
Vehicles” and shall be met from the additional funds provided vide G.O. 2nd & 4th
read above in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation and Treasury Control orders,
pending provision of funds by way of obtaining of Supplementary grants during
the current financial year 2011-12.
4. The District Treasury Officer, Warangal is requested to admit the bills in
audit to the extent of funds now released vide Memo.7th read above.

5. The Collector & District Election Officer, Warangal is requested to ensure
that funds are used only for the purpose for which they have been sanctioned,
with due attention to consideration of economy and efficiency and shall submit
expenditure particulars to Government immediately.
6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (Expr.GAD-I) Department
vide G.Os 2nd & 4th read above.
